右美托咪定用于困难气道患者清醒气管插管镇静的效用

目的评价右美托咪定用于困难气道患者清醒气管插管镇静的安全性和有效性。方法麻醉前评估为困难气道的急诊患者42例,静脉输注右美托咪定0.6μg/kg,在2%丁卡因表面麻醉下行纤支镜清醒鼻腔插管,观察患者血流动力学指标及呼吸指标的变化,以及患者对插管的耐受情况。结果所有患者均能很好耐受清醒气管插管,插管过程循环和呼吸平稳。结论右美托咪定用于清醒气管插管镇静安全有效,是理想的辅助药。
