微创与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的效果对比分析

The Comparative Clinical Effect of Micro-invasive Evacuation Hematoma and Craniotomy Used in Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的比较微创与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法 82例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象被分为实验组和对照组。对照组行去常规开颅手术,实验组行微创血肿清除术。结果实验组症状改善程度和术后生活质量均显著优于对照组,显示了更好的手术效果,结论两种手术方式各有其适用范围。应根据具体情况,尽量行微创颅内血肿清除术,以减轻手术对患者的创伤,促进患者术后更好的恢复。

Objective To compare clinical effect of micro-invasive evacuation hematoma and craniotomy used for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage（HIH）.Methods 82 cases of patients with HIH were divided into control group and experimental group,control group was given therapy of craniotomy,and experimental group was given therapy of micro-invasive evacuation hematoma.Results The improving degree of syndrome and life quality after surgery in experimental group were significantly better than that of control group,it showed better surgery effect.Conclusion The two surgery types both have each sphere of application;it should given micro-invasive evacuation hematoma as soon as possible according to concrete states,to the aim of relieving the trauma of surgery and prompting the better recovery.
