X0044 Low Noise Precision Operational Amplifier

本文简要介绍了国内外低频低噪声半导体器件和集成电路的一些情况;着重描述了我们研制X0044运算放大器所采用的降低1/f噪声的优化电路设计和工艺。研制出的样品,其低频噪声≤30nV(Hz)^(1/2)^(1/2),接近国外同类电路水平。

Following a brief review on the development of low frequency, low noise semiconductor devices and integrated circuits both at home and abroad, the X0044 operational amplifier developed in the institute is introduced, with emphasis on the circuits design and process technology optimized for the reduction of 1/f noise.The low frequency noise measured on the sample is≤30nV/Hz1/2 .
