肺癌患者当既往具有乳腺癌病史时，首要考虑的临床病理问题是原发肺癌还是乳腺癌肺转移，从形态学特征难以鉴别大多数形态不典型的病例，针对肺癌和乳腺癌各具特异性和敏感性的指标，进行必要的免疫组织化学和分子生物学检测有助于鉴别诊断，并且组合型标志物能提高鉴别诊断的有效性。
