Ｌｉｎｕｘ的发展日渐迅速，本文通过对Ｌｉｎｕｘ的特点和发展现状的研究，阐述了Ｌｉｎｕｘ同我国软件行业发展的关系。文中比较了Ｌｉｎｕｘ与其他操作系统的优缺点，探讨了Ｌｉｎｕｘ的研究方向和应用范围，以及中文Ｌｉｎｕｘ的发展情况，此外，文中还提出了我国软件业在Ｌｉｎｕｘ软件开发上的几个建议。

Linux develops more and more rapidly. In the light of Linux's characters and its developmentsituation,we stated the relationship between Linux and native software industry's development.In this article,we got the advantages and disadvantages of Linux by comparing Linux and otherOperating System. By studying Linux's researching and applying fields and the development oflinux's chinese edition,we concluded that our native software industry should grasp theopportunityof linux and make it an important force to accelerate our software industry's development.Furthermore,the article puts forward some fields that our native software industry should beginwithin Linux developing.
