摘要
目的改进并优化测定口服补液盐(Ⅱ)中钠含量的原子吸收分光光度法。方法通过考察消电离剂氯化锶的作用及加入量,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定口服补液盐(Ⅱ)中的钠含量。结果钠在0-0.6 mg/L范围内浓度与吸光度相关系数为0.998 9(n=4),特征浓度为0.012 mg/L,回收率在97.7%-102.5%之间,RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论该方法可以准确测定口服补液盐(Ⅱ)中的钠含量,且操作简便。
Objective To determine the content of potassium in oral rehydration salts(Ⅱ) with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Strontium chloride solution was added to sample solutions to eliminate ionization interference.The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to analyze the sample.The contents of sodium were calculated according to their calibration curves.Results The linear calibration range was 0~ 0.6 mg/L,r=0.998 9(n=4).The characteristic concentration was 0.012 mg/L.The recovery of 9 samples was 97.7%~102.5%,and RSD was 1.7%(n=9).Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient.
