摘要
目的研究制定紫花杜鹃药材的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫花杜鹃药材中的槲皮苷、金丝桃苷进行了鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对槲皮苷、金丝桃苷进行了含量测定,D iamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,NO.8022889)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸(18∶82)为流动相,流速为1.0 m l/m in,柱温为35℃,检测波长350 nm。结果薄层鉴别专属强,方法可行;槲皮苷平均回收率为101.41%,(RSD=0.9%,n=6),金丝桃苷平均回收率为101.26%,(RSD=1.3%,n=6);槲皮苷在0.018 7~0.935 6μg范围内线性关系良好,金丝桃苷在0.011 6~0.578 6μg范围内线性关系良好。结论所用方法简便、准确,该研究为紫花杜鹃药材质量评价提供了依据。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Rhododendi Folium et Cacumen.Methods The identification of quercitin,hyperin in Rhododendi Folium et Cacumen were carried out by TCL.The contents of quercitin and hyperin were simultaneous determinated by RP-HPLC,Diamonsil C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm,NO.8022889),with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(18:82).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.Results TCLs of quercitin,hyperin were of speciality.The linearity was in the range of 0.187~0.9356 μg(r=0.999 9) for quercitin,0.0116~0.5786 μg(r=0.999 8) for hyperin.The average recoveries were 101.41%(RSD=0.9%,n=6) for quercitin,and 101.26%(RSD=1.3%,n=6) for hyperin.Conclusion This method was simple,highly accurate,and precise.It can be used for the the quality control of Rhododendri Folium et Cacumen.
