Analysis and Strategy on Irrational Medication in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of Panyu Central Hospital

目的对门急诊静脉药物配置中心审方过程中发现的不合理医嘱情况进行分析。方法统计并分析本院2009年第三季度静脉输液药物配置中心不合理医嘱。结果不合理用药医嘱主要有以下几类:不合理配伍、不合理的溶媒、不合理的给药浓度、不合理的给药方法、不合理的联用。结论通过药师审核医嘱,可及时纠正不合理用药。为患者提供安全有效的药物治疗。

Objective To analyze the irrational medication in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service of Panyu Central Hospital.Methods The irrational medication of the 3rd quarter,2009 in our hospital were summarized and analyzed statistically.Results The irrational prescription was associated with incompatibility,wrong solvent selection,improper doses,and irrational administration route.Conclusion Pharmacist can provide safe and effective drug treatment to patients by examining prescriptions and rectifying irrational medications.
