摘要
目的通过调查本院2009年药物应用情况,分析用药状况及用药趋势,为临床合理用药和药品管理提供参考依据。方法采用ABC分析法对药品使用数量、用药金额及品种数进行统计分析,并重点对A类药品进行药理学分类及用药分析。结果 A类药占药品总数量13.06%,B类药占16.87%;C类药占70.07%,其中,A类高度集中在抗微生物药物及心血管系统药物。结论本院用药结构基本合理,抗菌素药物应用尚存在不合理之处,亟待干预,以促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the basic status of drug application in Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital in 2009,and analyze the status and trends of drug treatment,so as to provide reference for rational drug usage and the clinical management of drugs.Methods The ABC analysis method was adopted to analyze the amount of drug retail,the quantity of drug usage and the varieties of drug.The pharmacological classification and of the drug usage of class A drugs were also analyzed.Results Class A,B,and C drugs accounted for 14.75%,15.15%,and 70.10% of total drugs,respectively.Class A drugs were highly concentrated at anti-microbial agents and cardiovascular drugs.Conclusion The drug structure in the hospital is basically rational.The application of antibacterials is still irrational and need to be intervened,so as to promote the rational drug application.
