莫沙必利对胆管系统手术后胃肠动力恢复的影响

摘要
任何开腹手术患者的胃肠动力均有不同程度被抑制，其自然恢复需要较长时间，对术后患者的全面康复产生一定不良影响。我们在近2年期间共进行胆系手术426例，随机分为莫沙必利观察组和安慰剂组，对胆系术后患者胃肠动力恢复进行对照观察的结果发现，莫沙必利对胆系术后患者胃肠动力的恢复具有促进作用。现报告如下。
