摘要
事业单位绩效工资改革是实现事业单位收入分配规范化和科学化,体现社会公平,促进社会和谐的科学决策。基层事业单位启动绩效工资改革,必须把握好"一个关键、三个原则",即:绩效考核是关键,坚持"按劳分配、效率优先、兼顾公平"的原则。
