摘要
深入地分析了影响PWM 逆变器供电的同步电动机矢量控制电流控制环动态特性的主要因素,指出同步电动机反电动势是其中最重要的干扰因素.而通常采用的PI( 比例积分) 电流调节器因工作频带的限制无法在较高转速时抑制反电动势的影响,但利用PWM 逆变器过调制控制的非线性特性将有助于电流控制环动态性能的提高.为此本文在提出一种基于同步电动机反电势克服的电压前馈控制电流控制环设计的基础上,配合PWM 逆变器过调制控制进一步提高电流控制环的动态性能.
The paper deeply analyses the main reasons affecting dynamic characteristics of current control loop for vector control of PWM inverter fed synchronous motor.It is pointed out that E.M.F (electromotiveforce) of synchronous motor is the most important interference,the general PI (proportion integration) current regulator does not restrain the effect of E.M.F at high speed because of limitation on its operation frequency width,but the nonlinear property of over modulation control of PWM inverter is of advantage to enhancing the dynamic characteristics of current control loop.So the paper develops a novel current control loop with input voltage feedforward control loop for overcoming the effect of E.M.F of synchronous motor,the over modulation control of PWM inverter is also applied.The analytical results are good agreement with the feasible simulation and experiment results.
