由"以人为本"理念渊源切入到人本管理,详细阐述了新安煤矿人本管理的内涵、架构和9项措施,提出了建设人本管理模式,认为改善从深层次影响职工的意识、态度和行为,是实现"文化型矿井,生态型矿区,旅游型矿山"共同愿景的根本途径。
The paper describes the content,structure and nine measures of humanistic management of Xin'an coal mine by discussing the source of human-orientation and humanistic management,and proposes to build a humanistic management mode.The author believes that improving the awareness,attitude and behavior which has an in-depth influence on employees will be the fundamental means of realizing the common aspiration of "culture-based coal mine,ecological mining area,and tourism mine".
