摘要
阐述了太西洗煤厂一分区原煤泥水系统存在的问题,分析了入浮粒度超限和入浮浓度低对浮选效果的影响,介绍了太西洗煤厂应用粗煤泥回收工艺和半直接浮选流程对煤泥水系统进行的工艺改造以及改造效果。
Described the problems of Taixi Coal Preparation Plant slurry system,analyzed the effect of the exceeded floating size limit and low floating concentration,and described the technological transformation of applying the thick slime flotation process and the semi-direct flotation process for the slurry system and the effect of the transformation.
