摘要
针对传统的弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机挂轮选取计算精度差、效率低问题,从铣齿工作原理入手,分析了挂轮选取要求,研究了挂轮优化选取算法,并基于VC++6.0开发了智能挂轮选取软件,软件比传统计算方法精度、效率都较高。该方法同样适用于滚齿机和其他需要精确传动比的机床进行挂轮选取优化。
Aiming at the problems of low calculation accuracy and efficiency presenting in the selection of change gears of traditional spiral bevel gear milling machine,the demands of change gear selection are analyzed,and the optimal algorithm of selecting change gear is studied based on gear milling principle.An intelligent software of selecting change gear is developed based on VC++6.0.Both calculation accuracy and calculation efficiency of the software are higher than the traditional calculation.The method can also be suited for gear hobbing machine and other machines which require to calculate the accurate transmission ratio of change gear.
