摘要
论述工件材料力学性能对滚齿齿廓总偏差影响的试验研究。在试验数据的基础上,利用最小二乘准则,拟合出齿廓总偏差Fα与工件材料屈服极限值sσ之间的线性模型图,试验表明,随着材料屈服极限的增大,齿廓总偏差值也趋于增大,它是齿廓总偏差与工件材料的屈服极限具有正相关性现象产生的机理所在,该机理的研究在实际加工中具有实用意义。
The experimental research on the workpiece material mechanics properties of gear tooth profile error is discussed.On the basis of the test data and using the least squares criterion,the linear model diagram between tooth profile total deviation Fα and workpiece materials yield limit σs is fit.The results show that,with the increase of yield limit,tooth profile total deviation value also tends to increase.Because of having the positive correlation between the tooth profile deviation and workpiece material yield limit,this phenomenon of the mechanism has practical significance in the actual processing.
