摘要
针对RPG行星减速机在试验过程中存在噪声大的问题,通过对减速机结构和噪声产生的原理进行系统的分析,探究其产生的原因,提出相应的技术手段以降低噪声。通过生产试验,降低了减速机噪声,取得理想效果。
Aiming at RPG planetary reducer existing big noise problems during the tests,through system analysis of the generation theory of noise and reducer structure,probe into generation reasons of the noise,the corresponding technical means to reducing the noise are put forward.Through the production experiment,the reducer noise problem is solved,and the effect is ideal.
