摘要
在已具有设计、加工蜗杆头数z1max=8、速比imin=5、中心矩amax=500双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆副经验基础上,尝试蜗杆头数z1=12,蜗轮齿数z2=47、中心矩a=600双锥面二次包络环面蜗杆副设计、加工的可能。通过设计制作专用滚刀,应用现有加工设备与外部设备的结合,圆满制造出符合用户要求蜗轮副。此次研制的成功,标志着公司蜗轮副的加工水平又上了一个新台阶,且据了解,此规格类型的蜗轮副在国内也是首次生产。
On the basis of experience for design and process the double cone second enveloping worm pair with worm threads z1max=8,speed ratio imin=5,center distance amax=500,the design and processing double cone second enveloping worm pair with worm threads z1=12,worm wheel z2=47,center distance a=600 is attempted.The worm pair meeting the requirements of customer is manufactured through design and manufacture special cutting tools and combine the existing equipment with external equipment.The successfully develop shows that the manufacture level of our company is reaching a higher stage of development,and such specifications of products is the first time in domestic production.
