摘要
提出牙嵌齿轮热精锻成形新工艺和最佳毛坯形状,使牙嵌齿轮精锻易于成形;给出了牙嵌齿轮热精锻成形的实用模具结构,该模具采用强力脱模装置,使锻件在锻击结束瞬间可以立即脱离凸模,解决了锻件将凸模抱死的关键技术问题。
A new technology of hot precision forging the clutch gear is put forward and the most suitable shape of blank for the clutch gears is easily formed by precision forging.A practical die structure is given for a hot precision forging the clutch gear.The powerful die separator on the die forces the forge piece to break away from male die as soon as the hammering is over.The key technical problem that the hot forge piece sticks to the male die are solved.
