Pharmacognostical study of Radix Cucumis

目的:为蒙古族、哈尼族习用药黄瓜根的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用常规生药学方法对黄瓜根进行性状、显微鉴定,薄层色谱法进行理化鉴定。结果:找出了黄瓜根的主要鉴别特征。结论:结果为该药的鉴定、开发利用和质量标准的制订提供科学依据。

Objective： To provide the scientific basis for the quality control of Radix Cucumis. Methods： The character and the microsopic features of Radix Cucumis were identified by Pharmacognostical method, the Physical and chemical identification by TLC. Results： The main distinguishing characters of Radix Cucumis were discovered. Conclusions： The results of experiment provide the basis for identification, development and utilization, and the development of quality standards.
