摘要
目的:HPLC法测定升阳-11味丸桂皮醛含量。方法:色谱柱C_(18)(200×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-1%磷酸(38:62);流速:1mL·min^(-1);测定波长:290m。结果:桂皮醛在0.02~0.64μ·g成线性关系(r=0.9999);回收率为101.9%;RSD=2.8%;升阳-11味丸桂皮醛含量平均为43.03mg·g^(-1)。结论:采用本法测定升阳-11味丸桂皮醛的含量,操作简便,准确可靠,可用于制定该药品的质量控制指标之一。
Objective:To determinate cinnamie aldehyde in Shengyang-11 pill bymeans of HPLC.Method: A C18 colum (200 ×4.6 mm, 5μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetoneitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (38:62),at the detection wavelength of 290nm.The flow rate was 1mL·min^-1,and the temperature of eolum was 30℃. Results: Cinnamic aldehyde showed a good linear relation at a range of 0.02 -0.64μg, r=0.9999.The recovery and RSD was 101.9% and 2.8%,respectively.Conelusion :The method is simple, accurate and specifical.It can be used for determination of cinnamie aldehyde in Shengyang-11 pill.
