Ca_8Mg(SiO_4)_4Cl_2:Eu^(2+),Nd^(3+)的近红外发光

摘要 用高温固相法制备了Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+,Nd3+近红外发光材料,通过X射线衍射仪,近红外,可见发射光谱和激发光谱,荧光寿命等对样品进行了测试。研究了Eu2+、Nd3+的掺杂浓度对近红外发光性能的影响及相对强度变化的规律,结果表明,Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+,Nd3+是一种优良的近红外发光材料,Eu2+的掺入可提高Nd3+的近红外发光强度,Eu2+,Nd3+的掺杂量分别为1.0%、1.2%时,近红外发光最强。在该体系中有显著的Eu2+对Nd3+的近红外发光敏化现象,并初步探讨了该体系中Eu2+对Nd3+近红外发光的敏化机理。 A novel near-infrared(NIR) luminescent material Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2(CMSC):Eu2+,Nd3+ was synthesized by high temperature solid state method and characterized with X-ray diffraction,near-infrared spectrum,visible excitation spectrum,visible emission spectrum and fluorescence lifetime.The doped concentrations of Eu2+ and Nd3+ effected on NIR luminescence,variation of relative intensity were investigated in details.The results showed that Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+,Nd3+ was an efficient near-infrared luminescence material.The NIR luminescence of Nd3+ in Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2 can be greatly enhanced by doped Eu2+,and the highest NIR luminescence intensity was obtained with Eu2+ concentration of 1.0% and Nd3+ concentration of 1.2%.There is illustrious phenomenon of NIR sensitized luminescence of Eu2+→Nd3+ in this system,which are briefly discussed.
