摘要
卟啉及其衍生物具有特殊的光敏、催化等性质,广泛用于分析化学、医药化学、生物化学等各个领域。分别对卟啉、金属卟啉及卟啉类分子器件的紫外-可见光谱的产生机理及光谱特征进行了研究,详细讨论了各类卟啉及其衍生物的紫外-可见光谱的影响因素,重点考察了取代基效应。卟啉及其衍生物紫外-可见光谱的研究在光敏材料选择,新型催化剂开发,痕量金属分析等方面具有重要的指导意义。
Porphyrin and its derivatives have special photosensitive,catalytic properties,which were widely applied in analytical chemistry,pharmaceutical chemistry,biochemistry and various fields.The mechanism and characteristics of the UV-visible spectrum about porphyrins,metalloporphyrins and porphyrin molecule devices were studied.Some influencing factors for the UV-visible spectra of porphyrin and its derivatives were discussed in detail,and the substituent effect was particularly investigated.The study on the UV-visible spectrum of porphyrin and its derivatives have important significance on the selection of photosensitive material,development of new catalysts,trace metal analysis,and so on.
