Synthesis and Properties of Highly Selective Recognition for Hg^(2+)

摘要 设计合成出一种新型的对Hg2+具有高选择性的识别体化合物1-羟基-2-(α-偶氮吡啶)-8-氨基-3,6-萘-二磺酸钠盐(HAANDS),并利用紫外-可见吸收光谱对它与Hg2+的相互作用进行了研究。结果表明:在中性100%水溶液中,HAANDS识别体仅仅对Hg2+在长波区有新峰出现,而且存在很好的线性关系。 A novel and highly selective recognition compound 1-hydroxy-2-α-azo pyridine-8-amino-3,6-naphthalene disulfonic sodium(HAANDS) for Hg2+ was synthesized.The interaction of HAANDS and Hg2+ was studied by UV-Vis absorption spectra.In the 100% neutral aqueous solution,the HAANDS recognition appeared a new peak only for Hg2+ in long wavelength region with good linear relation.
