Multi-Component Monosaccharide in Honey by Multivariate Calibration Method

摘要 根据单糖与邻甲苯胺加成缩合反应的显色特征选择合适的实验条件,并研究用偏最小二乘法(PLS)辅助可见分光光度法对吸收光谱重叠较严重的葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖4组分的模拟混合试样和蜂蜜样品进行同时分析,处理测定后的数据,得到葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖单个成分的含量。模拟混合试样葡萄糖、果糖、阿拉伯糖和木糖的平均回收率分别为101.7%、101.0%、101.0%和100.1%。本法测量体系稳定,成本低,无需分离,操作简便,结果可靠。 In light of the colorimetric characteristics in addition-condensation reaction of monosaccharide with o-toluidine,the right experimental conditions were chose,and the simultaneous determination of the overlapped spectra of the four compounds which were glucose,fructose,xylose and arabinose in synthetic samples and honey samples were performed by the partial least squares(PLS) method.The recoveries of glucose,fructose,xylose and arabinose were 101.7%,101.0%,101.0% and 100.1% respectively.The measurement system is stable with low cost and the method is sensitive,simple and convenient with no separation and satisfactory results.
