摘要
采用索氏提取、超声提取、微波萃取对百癣夏塔热片中总黄酮进行提取。3种方法均采用20倍(mL/g)甲醇;其中索氏提取时间为6h;超声提取时间为1h;微波萃取辐射时间:10min;温度:100℃。以芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法测定,波长为510nm,芦丁浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。微波萃取、索氏提取和超声提取进行比较,微波萃取提取时间短,溶剂用量少,操作简单,快速高效,节能环保,收率高,是一种较理想的提取方法,值得推广应用。
The total flavonoids of Baixuan Xiatare Tablets were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,supersonic extraction and microwave extraction.The optimum technological conditions for the three methods were as follows:the ratio of solid-liquid(methanol) was 1∶20(g/mL),extraction time of Soxhlet extraction was 6h,supersonic extraction was 1h and the radiation time of microwave extraction was 10min at 100℃.The determination method of total flavonoids content in Baixuan Xiatare Tablets with spectrophotometry was studied with rutin as standard substance at the wavelength of 510nm.There was a good linear relationship between concentration of rutin and absorbance(r=0.9999).Microwave extraction had the advantages of shorter extraction time,less solvent dosage,high efficiency,energy-saving,simple operation and higher yield compared with Soxhlet extraction.Microwave extraction method is the ideal extraction,and deserves popularization and application.
