摘要
在表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,于pH3.6的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,铁()与3-氯-N-羟基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺形成稳定的络合物,在490nm处有最大吸收,3-氯-N-羟基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺浓度为2—160mg.L-1范围内符合朗伯-比耳定律,ε490=1.05×104L.mol-1.cm-1,线性回归系数r=0.9995,该方法可直接测定水溶液中3-氯-N-羟基-2,2-二甲基丙酰胺,操作简便,结果可靠。
In the presence of surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfonate,Fe(Ⅲ) and 3-chloro-N-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanamide can form a stable complex in the acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution(pH=3.6) at the maximum absorption of 490nm.Lambert-Beer law was obeyed in the range of 2—160mg·L-1 for 3-chloro-N-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanamide with ε490 of1.05×104L·mol-1·cm-1and the linear regression coefficient was 0.9995.This method can be used to determine 3-chloro-N-hydroxy-2,2-dimethylpropanamide in aqueous solution directly,and that is simple and reliable.
