Toll样受体-4在稽留流产患者中的表达及其临床意义

Significance and expression of Toll-like receptor-4 in missed abortion

目的探讨Toll样受体-4与稽留流产患者易感性之间的关系。方法收集稽留流产患者30例及正常孕妇30例的宫颈阴道灌洗液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验方法对稽留流产患者及正常孕妇的宫颈阴道灌洗液中Toll样受体-4的表达进行检测。结果稽留流产患者宫颈阴道灌洗液中Toll样受体-4浓度([8.25±2.07)ng/mL]高于对照组([3.72±1.96)ng/mL(]P<0.05)。结论宫颈阴道灌洗液中Toll样受体-4的浓度升高可能是稽留流产的易感因素之一。

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between toll-like receptor-4 and the susceptivity of missed abortion.【Methods】 The cervicovaginal lavage was collected from 30 missed abortion patients and 30 normal pregnant women.Expression of toll-like receptor-4 in cervicovaginal were measured in missed abortion patients and normal pregnant women by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.【Results】 The concentration of toll-like receptor-4 of missed abortion patients[（8.25±2.07）ng/mL] was higher compared to control group [（3.72±1.96） ng/mL]（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The high levels of toll-like receptor-4 in cervicovaginal may be one of the susceptive factor in missed abortion patients.
