桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗精液不液化症的临床观察

Clinical observation of GuizhiFuling capsule in the treatment of semen liquefaction

目的观察桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗男性精液不液化症患者的有效性。方法 300例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(225例)应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对照组(75例)采用维生素C片治疗,30 d为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察记录每个疗程精液液化情况。结果桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗组1个疗程后,痊愈180例,有效15例,无效30例;2个疗程后,痊愈195例,有效9例,无效21例,治愈率(痊愈+有效)达90.67%。与对照组比较,疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊可以缩短精液液化时间,有效治疗精液不液化症,值得临床推广。

【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical efficacy of GuizhiFuling capsule on semen liquefaction.【Method】 300 case of semen liquefaction were divided randomly into two groups,in treatment group（225 cases） GuizhiFuling capsule was taken orally;In control group（75 cases） vitamine C was taken orally.The treatment lasted two courses of 30 days.Each was observed and recorded.【Result】 Of the patients in the GuizhiFuling capsule treatment group,180 were cured,15 responded and 30 failed to respond to the medication after the first course;And 195 were cured,9 responded and 21 failed after the second course,with the effectiveness rate of 91.67%.【Conclusion】 GuizhiFuling capsule is effective for unliquefiable semen by shortening the time of seminal liquefaction.
