摘要
本研究运用质的研究方法,对陕西省13位公办幼儿园园长进行半结构式访谈,力图描述现阶段幼儿园教师参与科学研究的现状,并探求幼儿教师参与科研对教师素质提升及园所发展的重要性。研究结果表明:教师参与科研比例较低;教师参与科研对教师专业修养、知识技能等方面的发展具有促进作用;教师参与科研通过提升教师素质有利于促进幼儿园的长远发展。
13 head leaders of preschools in Shaanxi province were interviewed by the method of semistructured interviews. We try to describe the current status of preschool teachers' attending scientific research, and explore its influence to their professional development and the kindergarten's quality. The results show that the percentage of teachers participating in scientific research is low, but it's helpful to the teachers and preschools' development.
