青少年减数矫治前后咀嚼效率的对比研究

Comparison study on teenager' masticatory efficiency before and after extraction orthodontics therapy

目的探讨AngleⅠ类错牙合的青少年减数正畸治疗后咀嚼效率的变化。方法选择年龄在14～16岁,经诊断需拔除4个第一前磨牙的错牙合患者30人,男女各15人,采用吸光度法和称重法测量治疗前后咀嚼效率的变化,并以30例个别正常牙合的同龄段人作为正常对照组,比较咀嚼效率的大小。结果矫治前咀嚼效率与个别正常牙合相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);矫治完成后即刻测试与矫治前的咀嚼效率相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);矫治后3个月测试与个别正常牙合同龄人的咀嚼效率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论减数正畸治疗后能改善咀嚼肌和关节协调性,经一段时间的适应后咀嚼效率接近正常牙合。

【Objective】To investigate the change of teenager＇s masticatory efficiency before and after ex-traction orthodontics therapy at Class Angle Ⅰ.【Methods】Selected a treatment group of total 30 patients aged between 14 and 16,whom needed to have four first premolar extraction by prescription.There were 15 male patients and 15 female patients in the group.Absorbency method and weigh-in were adopted to measure the change of chewing effectiveness before and after therapy.Moreover,a total of 30 non-patients whom are at the same age and had individual normal occlusion was the normal comparison group;masticatory efficiency was the criteria to compare between two groups.【Results】It was insignificant for masticatory efficiency before orthodontic therapy in the treatment group and individual normal maxillofacial in the comparison group,with（P 0.05）.The difference of masticatory efficiency was significant in the instant test after therapy and before orthodontic therapy in the treatment group,with（P 0.01）.The difference of masticatory efficiency between two groups was insignificant in the post-therpay test after three months in the treatment group,with（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】Extraction orthodontics therapy has significantly improvement on patients＇ masticatory efficiency,and patients＇ masticatory efficiency is close to normal occlusion after an adoption period.
