软件分产品和过程两方面。过程模型在软件开发中有重要的应用价值。结合面向对象开发方法学和工具，提出一种软件过程的Petri网模型。该模型适合描述软件开发中不断变化和不完整的过程，在OMGTrader服务的开发过程中取得很好的效果。

Software can be viewed from the aspect of product and process. Process model has twortant application value in software develoPment. We put forward a kind of software process model based on Petri nets.Combined with Object-Oriented methodology and tools,the method is suitable to describe the incomplete and dynamic soforare process. It has shown its good effectiveness in the develoPment of OMG Trader service.
