输尿管软镜对上尿路疾病诊治体会(附58例报告)

Application of flexible ureteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract disease

目的总结输尿管软镜对上尿路疾病诊治经验。方法回顾性分析输尿管软镜诊治58例血尿患者临床资料。结果一次性成功58例,肾盂、肾盏、输尿管尿路上皮癌17例,非特异性肾盂输尿管炎6例,输尿管结石19例,肾盂静脉出血7例,未见异常9例,无输尿管穿孔、撕脱及大出血等严重并发症。58例手术时间10～70min,平均40min;术后住院时间3～9d,平均4d。结论输尿管软镜可用于诊治上尿路肿瘤、结石及炎症等疾病,尤其对于上尿路腔内微小病变的诊治具有明显优势。

[Objective] To summarize the clinic experience of flexible ureteroscope in diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract disease.[Method] From Nov 2007 to Dec 2008,58 humaturia cases underwent flexible ureteroscope for diagnosis and treatment of upper urinary tract.Clinical data was analyzed retrospectively.[Results] All the cases were diagnosed and cured successfully in one stage.17 cases were diagnosed epithelium cancer,6 cases were diagnosed non-specificity pyeloureteritis,19 cases were calculus of ureter,7 cases were renal pelvis venous hemorrhage,9 cases were no abnormality seen.No serious complication of ureter perforation,avulsion and hemorrhage.And the average time for whole surgery was 10～70 min and the average time was 40 min.Hospitalization time was 3～9 days,average time was 4 days.[Conclusion] Flexible ureteroscope can be used to diagnosis and cure tumor,calculus,inflammation and other disease of upper urinary tract,especially,to upper urinary minimal lesion.Flexible ureteroscope obviously dominates more than other examination.
