公民法律意识视角下的网络暴力

On the Internet Violence in the Perspective of the Citizens' Legal Consciousness

公民法律意识和责任意识是构建法治社会的心理基础,网络暴力和侵权的最深层次原因在于我国网民的法律意识和责任意识缺乏。要认清网络暴力的本质并有效预防和治理网络暴力问题,必须厘清网络暴力与公民法律意识的关系。公民现代法律意识和责任意识的培植是有效治理网络暴力的一个重要环节,主要表现在培养正当行使权利的意识、培养自觉守法意识以及培养公民责任感等方面。只有如此,才能从根本上净化网络环境,建设和谐的网络社会。

The legal consciousness and the duty consciousness of the citizens are the psychosocial basis of constructing the society under the rule of law.The deepest reason of the internet violence and infringement is the lack of the legal consciousness and the duty consciousness of the network users in China.To realize the essence of the internet violence and to prevent and rule effectively,we must clear the relation between the internet violence and the legal consciousness of the citizens.The cultivation of the modern legal consciousness and duty consciousness of the citizens is an important question of rule the internet violence effectively,it includes the consciousness of performing the rights properly,the consciousness of abiding by the law consciously and the responsibility of citizens.Thus we can clear the internet environment and build the harmony internet society.
