通过对非法集资等涉众型金融犯罪的法律特征进行研究,从刑法角度分析此类犯罪的法律适用问题及其审理难点,提出减少非法集资类案件发案率的预防措施。

Researching on the legal characteristics of financial crimes in which the general public is involved, such as illegal fund-raising, this article investigates legal applications and trial difficulties of such crimes from the criminal point of view, and proposes preventive measures to reduce the crime rate of illegal fund -raising.
