鸦胆子油乳剂联合NP方案治疗晚期肺癌72例近期疗效观察

目的:观察鸦胆子油乳剂联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法:将72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组应用NP方案化疗,试验组应用NP方案化疗联合鸦胆子油乳剂;2个周期后评价疗效。结果:两组患者近期疗效差异无统计学意义,但试验组患者治疗后生活质量、机体免疫功能明显优于对照组,毒副作用低于对照组。结论:鸦胆子油乳剂能减轻NP方案对机体的毒副反应,提高机体免疫力,增加患者对化疗的耐受性。
