泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Pantoprazole to Peptic Ulcer and Bleeding

目的:探讨泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:选择消化性溃疡并出血60例,随机分为两组,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组应用泮托拉唑(海南卫康制约(潜山)有限公司),国药准字H20083911,粉针60mg加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,15-30分钟内滴完,一日2次。对照组:奥美拉唑(山东瑞阳制约有限公司)针剂40mg加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,15-30分钟滴完,一日2次,连续2-3周,治疗过程中不用H2受体拮抗剂、生长抑素及其他止血药。结果:治疗组30例,显效25例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.6%;对照组显效24例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%。结论:泮托拉唑治疗疗效显著,且用药过程不良反应少,不诱导或抑制肝细胞色素P450酶的活性,是一种安全、有效的药物,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Pantoprazole to peptic ulcer and bleeding. Method：To select 60 cases of peptic ulcer and bleeding, and divide them into two groups randomly with 30 patients in experimental group and 30 patients in control group. To treat the experimental group with Pantoprazole （made in Halnan Wei Kang constraints （Qianshan） Co., Ltd. ）, Zhunzi /-I20083911,60rag plenty licensing injection joint with 100ml intravenous infusion,and finish the intravenous drip within 15 to 3o minutes,two times a day. To treat the control group with Omeprazole （Shandong Sunrise constraints Ltd） Injection 40rag joint with 100ml normal saline intravenously, and finish it within 15 to 30 minutes,two times a day for 2 to 3 weeks. There should be no H2 receptor antagonists, somatostafin or other hemostatie agents in the course of treatment. Result： Among the 30 eases of the treatment group,there are 25 eases markedly effective, 4 eases effective and 1 ease ineffective,the total effective rate is 96.6% ; while 24 eases markedly effective, 3 cases effect/re, 3 cases ineffective and the total effective rate is 90.0% in the control group. Conclusion： Pan- toprazole has remarkable effective and low adverse reaction during treatment, and it does not induce or inhibit the activity of Hepatic eytoehrome P450 enzyme. It is a safe and effective drug, is worthy of widely used in ehnieal.
