阴式全子宫切除术56例护理体会

Vaginal hysterectomy nursing experience of 56 cases

目的:总结阴式全子宫切除术患者术前及术后护理经验。方法:回顾分析2008年06月-2010年12月我院56例行阴式全子宫切除术病人的临床资料。结果:56例患者经手术前后的精心护理全部康复,无因护理不当而导致并发症出现,取得了满意的临床效果。结论:通过耐心细致的术前及术后护理,使患者了解疾病发生过程的相关知识,解除了患者的思想顾虑及心理负担,使患者积极配合治疗,得到了早日康复。

Objective： Vaginal hysterectomy in patients with preoperative and postoperative care experience. Methods： Retrospective analysis in June 2008 - 2010 on December 56 in our hospital routine vaginal hysterectomy patient＇s clinical information. Results： 56 patients underwent surgieal intensive care before and after all the rehabilitation, not because of complications resulting from improper care, and achieved satisfactory elinieal resuhs. Conclusion： The patient and eareful preoperative and postoperative care, so that patients understand the disease process, knowledge, and lifted the ideological concerns of patients and psychological burden, so that patients actively cooperate with the treatment, get well soon.
