RP-HPLC法测定复方鱼腥草片中(R,S)-告依春的含量

RP-HPLC determination of (R,S)-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets

目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法测定复方鱼腥草片中（R,S）-告依春的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈（93∶7）为流动相,流速0.8 mL·mL^-1,检测波长245 nm,柱温30℃。结果：（R,S）-告依春在0.028~0.280 mg·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.7%。结论：该方法可作为复方鱼腥草片的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of（R,S）-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets.Methods：A C18 column was adopted with 0.05% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile（93∶7）as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.028-0.280 mg·mL^-1（r=0.9995）.The average recovery was 99.7%.Conclusion：The method can be used for determination of（R,S）-epigoitrin in compound Yuxingcao tablets.
