摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定敏宁搽剂中盐酸左氧氟沙星和盐酸达克罗宁含量的方法。方法:采用ZorbaxSB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-pH 2.5的0.02 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(70∶30),流速0.6mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长300 nm。结果:盐酸左氧氟沙星和盐酸达克罗宁的线性范围分别为0.016-0.131μg(r=1.000)和0.071-0.592μg(r=1.000);回收率为99.3%-99.8%,RSD〈0.6%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for determination of levofloxacin hydrochloride and dyclonine hydrochloride in Minning liniment.Methods:Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-pH 2.5,0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(70∶30) at the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 300 nm.Results:The linear ranges of levofloxacin hydrochloride and dyclonine hydrochloride were 0.016-0.131 μg(r=1.000) and 0.071-0.592 μg(r=1.000),and the average recovery was 99.3%-99.8% with RSD〈0.6%.Conclusion:The methed is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of compound Minning liniment.
