草类纤维原料氧化法清洁制浆新技术机理探讨 被引量:2

摘要 进入"十二五"后,随着国家节能减排力度的加大和废水排放新标准(第二阶段)的实施,资源丰富的草类原料清洁制浆新技术与新方法再次引起了业内的广泛关注。这些新技术有的已进行了生产性试验,有的还处于实验室研发阶段。本文暂且不探讨其经济的可行性、是否成熟可靠、是否到达推广应用的程度,而是主要从机理上、理论上分析探讨这些制浆新方法的工艺原理,并提出需要解决的问题。据编者掌握的资料,对这些草类纤维原料制浆新方法进行较全面的理论分析与深入探讨,本文在业内还是首次。虽然有些理论依据内容在教科书上可以找到,但为保持文章的完整性和作者原有观点,本刊没有进行过多地删减。在个别地方以编者注的形式说明编辑的意见和看法。同时期盼读者提出自己的观点和见解,在本刊交流。 Going into the period of 12th Five-year Plan,with the strengthening of national energy saving and discharge reducing and the implementation of the new standard of waste water discharge-the stage Ⅱ,a wide concern was again brought about in paper industry for the new methods and new technologies in clean pulping with abundant straw materials.Some of the new technologies have been in the stage of productive test,and some are still in the stage of lab trials.Instead of discussing the economic feasibility,maturity,reliability,and popularization of the new technologies,the principles were analyzed mainly from the viewpoint of mechanism and theory,and the problems that need to be solved were put forward in this paper.Based on the information referred,it is the first time in paper industry to make the completely theoretical analysis and thorough discussion on the new technologies for the pulping of the straw fiber materials.
