摘要
知识经济时代,知识型员工及其所拥有的知识成为知识密集型企业保持核心竞争力的最重要源泉。文章针对目前知识密集型企业中知识型员工流动性大,企业内部岗位知识分散且极易随知识型员工岗位变动而流失的问题,从岗位知识分析入手,建立了规范化、标准化的岗位知识库,并制定了相应的岗位知识库管理制度以保证其正常运行。
Knowledge workers and their knowledge have become/he most important source to maintain the core competence for knowledge -intensive enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. However, in knowledge -intensive enterprises, knowledge workers are high fluidity, and the position knowledge are dispersed and lost easily with position change of knowledge workers. This paper sets up a standardization of position knowledge warehouse based on analyzing position knowledge. And then, a system for management of position knowledge warehouse is established in order to ensure its normal operation.
