摘要
文章探讨了海尔R&D的产品型号经理运营模式,对于其形成与发展进行了总结,并指出型号经理制的优势与不足。海尔R&D的产品型号经理体制能够充分利用内外资源,打破部门界限,形成以客户为中心的一种有效的研发体制,要能够充分调动研发人员的积极性与主动性,降低成本,缩短研发周期,是快速响应市场的一种研发体系。要对我国其他企业R&D管理具有借鉴意义。
This paper discusses the operating mode of Haier R&D manager of product models. It studies Haier innovation system for the formation and development, summarizes the advantages and weaknesses of the model manager system. Haier model managers can take full advantage of the resources inside and outside of the system, break the boundaries, leading an effective R&D system of formation of customer- centric system. R&D is able to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative, to reduce cost and shorten the development cycle, It's a rapid response to market research and development system. It may be useful to China's other enterprises R&D management.
