上海市老年护理院病人结构及服务提供和利用的现状分析

An Analysis on Patients's Structure, Services Providing and Utilization in Aging Nursing Home in Shanghai

本文对上海市老年护理院中病人结构及服务提供和利用现状分析如下:护理院病人平均年龄为73.7岁,四分之三的病人生活不能自理。病人中以中风、慢支或慢阻肺、肿瘤、痴呆、高血压和心脏病人为主。公费、劳保和医保病人占90%,有22个护理院开展医疗、护理和康复三大类服务。医疗服务项目的开展基本相同。护理、康复服务的具体项目有些差别。护理院服务利用率高,老年病人等候入院。建议今后进一步根据病人的特点,提供适宜服务;以病人为中心,转变服务模式;改善管理,进一步提高护理院的利用率;加强医务人员的业务培训,更好地提供服务;同时进一步研究完善老年医疗保健制度。

This paper described patients' structure and services providing and utilization in aging nursing home in Shanghai. The average age of inpatients was 73. 7 years old. Three forth of inpatients could not take care of their daily life by themselves. Most patients suffered from stroke, chronic bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumour .dementia and heart disease. All of 22 aging nursing homes provided medical .nursing and rehabilitating services,but there were some differences in services among those nursing homes. The service utilization rate was high and many elderly patients were waiting for admitting to nursing home. Authors suggest providing more appropriate services according to patients' characteristics .reforming services module regarding patients as a core, improving administration for increasing the utilization rate further more .strengthening training on health workers, perfecting medical insurance scheme for the elderly people.
