Neonatal Asphyxia and Damage of Kidney Function

为探讨窒息对新生儿肾功能的影响,对窒息后新生儿行血肌酐、尿素氮检测,观察轻、重度窒息后上述结果的不同。结果表明,重度窒息儿肾功能异常发生率明显高于轻度。提出结论,加强围产期保健,预防窒息,对窒息及时复苏处理是降低新生儿肾损害的重要措施。

Objective To discuss the effect of neonatal kidney function after neonatal asphyxia. Methods Neonatal blood urea nitrogen and creatinine.were tested after asphyxia, to observe different effects of mild or severe asphyxia. Results Kidney function abnormal rate in severe asphyxia is higher than in mild asphyxia. Conclusion Taking perinatal health care well, putting prevention asphyxia, immediately treatment of asphyxia were important measures of disincreasing damage of meonatal function
