摘要
本文提出了一种新颖的开关电容网络分析设计方法。特点是实施时域分析,利用快速付氏变换(FFT)即可由时域结果导出频域响应。优化算法亦采用简单的矩阵运算。利用这种方法设计的六阶开关电容滤波器理论分析、计算机模拟和投片试制均获得了令人满意的结果。
A new optimal design of SCF is presented inthis paper.The SC network is analyzed in timedomain and its frequency response may be derivedby FFT.The algorithm is one of matrix operation.A six orber SCF was finished satisfactorily intheoretic design and realization of a chip.
