中国绿色食品产业发展中的结构制约及其突破 被引量:13

Structural Constraints and its breakthrough in the Development of Chinese Green Food Industry

摘要 中国绿色食品产业在绿色食品消费能力和政策支持等因素影响下,取得快速发展并成为最具发展潜力的新兴产业之一。本文从规模、结构、效率及其协调等方面构建产业发展的理论分析框架,指出绿色食品产业发展是一个基于结构不断优化的产业演化过程。采用灰色关联分析与信息熵理论与方法对我国绿色食品产业发展中的产品结构、地区结构、规模结构等"结构制约"状况进行实证分析,得出的基本结论是:在绿色食品产业快速发展中存在结构性障碍和矛盾,制约了产业发展的质量和效率的提高。进而提出积极转变产业发展方式,优化调整产业结构,突破产业发展的"结构制约"以促进效率改善与产业协调有序发展的政策建议。 Green food industry in China driven by consumption demand and policy support develops rapidly and becomes one of the industries which have great development potential. This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of industry development from the aspects of scale, structure, efficiency and coordination, and points out that the development of green food industry is an evolutionary process based on structure optimization. We analyzes the "structural constraints" including products, region and enterprise scale structure by Grey correlation analysis and entropy theory, and draws the basic conclusion that the structural constraint is the main reason to restrict the development quality and efficiency of green food industry. Furthermore, corresponding suggestions is put forward such as converting the mode of industry development, adjusting and optimizing the structure so as to improve industry development efficiency and to promote the coordination development of Chinese green food industry.
