摘要
生产偏差是反生产行为的一个重要类别。本文分析了儒家价值观对生产偏差的预测效应,及工作满意度在两者间的中介效应。通过对362名企业员工的问卷调研,采用相关分析、因子分析、结构方程建模等统计方法进行假设检验。结果显示,生产偏差可分为工作破坏、消极怠工、退缩行为三个因子,儒家价值观对生产偏差的三个因子均存在显著的负向预测效应,工作满意度在儒家价值观与消极怠工、退缩行为之间存在部分中介效应,但在儒家价值观与工作破坏之间不存在中介效应。
Production deviance is an important category of counterproductive workplace behaviors (CWB). Using data collected from 362 employees of Chinese enterprises, the current study focused on exploring the predicting effects of Confucian values on production deviance and the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the relationship between Confucian values and production deviance. Correlation analysis, factor analysis, structural equation modeling were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that production deviance comprises three factors: work sabotage, slack, and withdrawal; Confucian values have significant negative impacts to the three factors of production deviance. It was also found that job satisfaction mediates partially the relationships of Confucian values with slack, and with withdrawal, but not with work sabotage.
