摘要
S890钢为近年研发的强度超过900 MPa的Mo-Mn系贝氏体结构钢,本文测定了S890钢的连续冷却曲线,分析了不同冷速下钢的组织和硬度。结果表明:在冷速0.5~45℃/s的范围内,S890钢均可稳定地获得以贝氏体为主的组织;硬度适中且变化幅度较小,表明该钢种具有良好的强韧性配合;当冷速为45℃/s时,可以获得理想的马氏体和贝氏体的复相组织。
The Mo Mn bainitic structural S890 steel(strength exceeds 900 MPa)was developed in recent years.Its dynamic CCT curve was determined,and the microstructure and hardness under different cooling velocity were analyzed.The results indicate that the bainitic can be steadily obtained in S890 steel as the cooling velocity changed from 0.5 ℃/s to 45 ℃/s;moderate and less changed hardness indicate that the steel has good coordination on strength and toughness;M/B duplex structure can be obtained when cooling velocity reached 45 ℃/s.
