摘要
目的探讨眶内异物的临床表现和手术治疗。方法总结我院收治的5例眶内异物的临床资料，分析眶内异物的临床表现、影像学特征及治疗方法。结果以CT明确眶内异物的位置、形态及与周围组织的关系，术前制订手术方案，手术摘出眶内异物。结论对于眼眶部有局部反复流脓等临床表现的患者要详细询问病史，进行影像学检查，如有眶内异物要确定异物的位置和周围组织的关系，根据不同情况选用手术模式。
Objective To investigate the clinical present and surgical treatment of orbital foreign bodies. Methods To analyse the clinical present, imaging character and treatment of 5 cases with orbital foreign bodies in our hospital. Results CT was the effective imaging to observe the position, appearance and adjoin of orbital foreign bodies. The exact operation should be designed before surgery. Conclusion Ophthalmologists should inquire traumatic history if the patient present locally suppuration repeately. Imaging examination should be done to identify the quality of the foreign body and the surrounding condition. Different surgical methods is choiced by different situation.
